After a hectic All England Open, the World badminton caravan has moved to the Swiss Open. The BWF Super 300 tournament started right after the All England Open, on 22 March and will go on till 26 March. The venue for the tournament is St. Jakobshalle Basel, Switzerland. The prize money for the tournament is USD 180,000.
Players from all around the globe have taken part in the tournament. Reigning Olympic Champion Viktor Axelsen, World No. 3 Anders Antonsen, Kidambi Srikanth, PV Sindhu have taken part in the competition. Meanwhile, Lakshya Sen, who finished All England Open as runner-up in the Men's Singles category has pulled out to give himself some rest.
