The newest edition of WWE SmackDown will happen at the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia as the superstars gear up to perform at the highly anticipated Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event (PLE). Brock Lesnar will be making an appearance on SmackDown just one week after delivering an F5 to his Wrestlepalooza opponent John Cena and Sami Zayn when the two were battling for the WWE United States Championship of the latter.

In a major announcement, WWE has also booked Drew McIntyre to take on Randy Orton in a one-on-one match at SmackDown just a couple of weeks after the latter dropped him with an RKO out of nowhere. The women’s division will have a title match as Tiffany Stratton will defend her WWE Women’s Championship against Jade Cargill over a month removed from beating her at SummerSlam PLE.

It is a stacked card put together for WWE SmackDown, which is expected to throw a few surprises apart from scheduled matches, just like every other weekly show in the promotion.
