In the third over of the MI innings (specifically 2.1 and 2.2), Arshdeep dismissed two key players, Ryan Rickelton had just made two runs and was caught by Shashank Singh at deep square leg off the first ball of the over.
The second wicket was of Suryakumar Yadav who was already struggling since the start of the tournament and had made just one significant half century but was dismissed for 0 on the very next delivery, caught by Yuzvendra Chahal. With the wicket of Ryan Rickelton, Arshdeep Singh officially reached the 100-wicket milestone in his IPL career. He is the 31st bowler in the history of the league to reach this mark. Arshdeep Singh started with an incredibly tight first over (conceding just 1 run) and took 2 wickets for just 4 runs in his first 2 overs.

MI faces early blow against PBKS
