
Vaibhav Suryavanshi set the internet and cricket fields on fire through 2025, emerging not only as a sensation with the bat but also as the most searched Indian personality of the year. The young left-hander Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s came to fame during the IPL when he became the youngest male cricketer to score a T20 century. Playing for Rajasthan Royals against Gujarat Titans, he smashed 101 runs off just 38 balls, featuring seven boundaries and 11 sixes.
He reached his hundred in 35 deliveries, the second-fastest in IPL history and the fastest by an Indian. He scored 252 runs in seven matches after he was roped in by the Rajasthan Royals for Rs 1.1 crore. This innings made him a household name overnight.
Vaibhav has continued his good form in the ACC Emerging Asia Cup 2025 where he he hammered a 32-ball century against the UAE, clearing the boundary 26 times. The knock of 144 off 42 balls included 11 boundaries and 15 sixes and was spoken about by many fans as clips went viral on social media. Recently this playing for Bihar, he hammered a 58-ball unbeaten 108 against Maharashtra, becoming the youngest player in tournament history to score a century.

In six List-A matches, Suryavanshi has scored 132 runs in six matches and innings at an average of 22.00 with a strike rate of 110, with a half-century to his name.His best performances have come in T20s, having made 690 runs in 17 matches and 17 innings at an average of 43.12, with three centuries and a fifty, with best score of 144.
