Strengths
Zimbabwe have a very solid bowling attack with Richard Ngarava, Brad Evans and Muzarbani leading the pace attack. In 2022 WT20 these same set of pacers bowled brilliantly and helped them beat Pakistan. The pacers are complimented by the experienced spinners Cremer and Raza.
Weaknesses
Their batting department looks vulnerable and despite the experience of Raza and Brendon Taylor returning. Only Brian Bennett has been in good form. The rest of the batting has not been able to do well so far. They might struggle to set up above par totals on good batting pitches.
X Factor
Brian Bennett has been terrific at the top of the order for Zimbabwe in this format. He has scored 1596 runs in 52 T20I matches at a strike rate of 145. He will be key for Zimbabwe in this upcoming WT20.
Preferred Playing XI
