France has revealed their final roster for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and they definitely look like one of the better sides. Didier Deschamps missed out last time by just a whisker and that was coined as one of the greatest world cup finals in the history of the game. There have been a couple of new additions to the squad and they have definitely tightened up on their attacking players.
Robin Risser received his first senior national team call-up and he is the only player in the squad who hasn’t played for the France international team. Maxence Lacroix, Maghnes Akliouche, Rayan Cherki, Désiré Doué and Michael Olise will be making their debut in the tournament.

They did a fabulous job to get past the group stage to begin with as they broke the common World Cup curse, of the defending champions not being able to qualify for the knockouts.
In the Finals, Argentina were leading by 2 goals and that’s when Kylian Mbappe resurrected the hopes of the Frenchmen. He was claimed to be an awesome force of nature by the experts and he has already cemented his spot as a World Cup legend.
