PKL 2025 Points Table After Day 8

On the eighth day of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 2025, U Mumba and Haryana Steelers extracted victories at the Vishwanadh Sports Club in Vizag and consolidated their positions on the points table. In the 15th game of the tournament held on Friday, September 5, U Mumba outplayed Bengaluru Bulls and bagged a one-sided win by 48-28 figures. Raider Ajit Chavan was the best performer of the game as he earned 13 points for U Mumba. Sathish Kannan Suryan also supported Chavan and got six points. From Bengaluru, Aashish Malik and Alireza Mirzaian bagged six points each but their efforts were not enough for Bulls to stop U Mumba, who looked extremely dominating in the contest.

In the 16th match of the tournament, Haryana Steelers defeated UP Yoddhas in a topsy-turvy battle after trailing early by eight points, to register final scoreline of 37-32. Raider Gagan Gowda looked exemplary for UP as he notched up 13 points. However, Haryana’s team effort eventually handed Yoddhas their first loss in the competition. Naveen Kumar and Rahul Kalirawna were the most effective stalwarts for Haryana in the contest as both players gained six points each.

Following both matches, U Mumba have maintained their second spot on the points tally with six points earned through three triumphs in four outings. Bengaluru Bulls, who lost their third consecutive game in the tournament, are languishing at the bottom of the tally. Haryana Steelers are now in fifth place on the points table. With the victory against UP, they have amassed four points in three contests. UP Yoddhas, after facing their maiden loss in the competition, have been relegated to the fourth spot. Before the match, they were ranked second on the points table.
