The Formula One calendar turns to the historic Suzuka International Racing Course in Japan after three years. The then Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas won the race ahead of Sebastian Vettel who was driving for Ferrari and seven-time F1 champions Lewis Hamilton. But for the 2022 GP, Red Bull driver Max Verstappen comes to Suzuka as the leader in the championship race with a 104-point lead.
But Verstappen couldn’t clinch his title in Singapore, which turned out to be one of the most entertaining races of the season. Red Bull’s Sergio Perez took home the victory ahead of both Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz respectively. The top five were rounded off by the two McLarens of Lando Norris and Daniel Riccardo.
