79* against Australia in T20WC 2010
The pace and bounce of the pitch at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados, was too hot to handle for the Indian batters against Australia except for Rohit Sharma during their T20 World Cup 2010 clash. In pursuit of the 185-run target, India were reduced to 50/7 before Rohit Sharma arguably played his best innings in the T20 World Cup, scoring 79 unbeaten off 46 with four fours and six maximums, to reduce the margin of defeat to 49 runs.
