Battlegrounds Mobile India, the rebranded version of famous battle royale game - PUBG, has been released for Android devices. The fans and players across the country are enjoying the new version after the original game was banned in the country by the government last year. However, there is still a group of players in India who are awaiting the launch of BGMI on iOS devices.

Krafton have notably delayed the launch of rebranded game on Apple devices. Although there has been no clarity on the reason behind the same, the developers have undoubtedly leveraged this opportunity to create more buzz around the game. With so many iOS users in the country waiting for the release of BMGI on the platform, the developers have been teasing the Apple device owners.

Dynamo Gaming reveals BGMI's iOS release date

Amid all the speculations around the release of the game on iOS platform, one of India's most popular streamers - Dynamo Gaming - has provided the fans with some good news. The popular YouTuber confirmed, "Battlegrounds Mobile India IOS release date is set to 15th- 20th August.”

It must all be noted that the much-awaited BGMI India series had initially been delayed because the game had not been released on iOS devices. Although there were speculations that the biggest Battlegrounds Mobile India tournament would go ahead with Android users only, there is now a likely possibility that it will proceed on both platforms, with the iOS release on the cards in next week.

Game has already registered 46 million+ downloads

Battlegrounds Mobile India has received an incredible reception in the country since its launch. The game currently has 46 million+ downloads on the Google Play store and it's iOS release is also expected to break a few records with so much excitement already among the fans.

The developers have recently announced 'Independence Day Mahotsav' for the players as well where there are new AWM skins up for grabs. With new missions and amazing rewards, there is no doubt that Krafton are doing a spectacular job to keep the buzz going around the rebranded game in India.
