Round 1 of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2024 has concluded with the top 64 teams from the overall standings advanced to the next stage, while the bottom 64 teams have been eliminated. Round 1 lasted for 16 days, with 128 teams competing across various weeks, divided into groups. Notable teams like Team Tamilas and Team Z faced elimination, while popular teams such as Godlike Esports, Team Soul, and Carnival Gaming performed brilliantly. Round 2 of the BMPS 2024 will take place from September 7th to 10th, featuring 64 teams over 4 matchdays. The teams are divided into 4 groups, each consisting of 16 teams. Every team will play a total of 6 matches during this stage. At the end of Round 2, the top 48 teams from the overall standings will advance to Round 3.

Most of the prominent teams have qualified for Round 2, including Carnival Gaming, MOGO Esports, Team Soul, Godlike Esports, WSB Gaming, Orangutan, and more. Carnival Gaming topped the overall standings with 157 points, showcasing exceptional gameplay under Hector’s leadership. Omega, who recently left Carnival Gaming, is now leading WSB Gaming impressively, securing 138 points and 4th place in the standings.
MOGO Esports, led by Destro, continues to perform well, with the team recently adding Spower and finishing 5th with 133 points. Orangutan's revamped roster also delivered a strong performance, earning 133 points in Round 1.
Fan-favorite teams, Team Soul and Godlike Esports, did not disappoint either. Team Soul finished 11th with 115 points, while Punk-led Godlike Esports secured 13th place with 111 points.
