The Indian duo of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty comfortably sailed into the Round of 16 stage at the BWF Super 500 Korea Open on Tuesday. Rankireddy and Shetty took down the Thai duo of Kittinupong Kedren and Supak Jomkoh in straight games.

The match lasted for just 36 minutes as SatChi registered 21-16, 21-14 to reach the pre-quarterfinal stage at the event. After a tough start, SatChi took a big 11-6 lead at the break and maintained their advantage and clinched the first game 21-16. The second saw a more dominant effort by the Indian duo were level at 11-11 before registering a comfortable 21-14 victory.
