Interviewer Cathey Kelley recently changed her T witter bio and jokingly referred herself as “Rhea’s ex”. Kelley has been involved in a social media storyline with Rhea Ripley for some time now, though this appears to be the end of the playful online saga.
The WWE reporter, who is currently on vacation, returned to the organization in O ctober last year following a change of management in the company. The joking Twitter bio change is a response to the recently viral clip of Rhea Ripley flirting with presenter Samantha Irvin and blowing kisses to the presenter during the live event.
Following this, The Nightmare told Kelley that Irvin was her new “girlfriend”, meaning that she was getting more attention from Irvin than from Kelley, who has been moved from covering Monday Night RAW to Smackdown.
Kelley and Irvin used to work on Monday Night RAW together. Following a post on T witter that stated RAW was not going to be the same without the duo, Kelley jovially commented that she was now officially in a “long distance relationship” with Irvin. Fans are sure to miss the duo’s involvement in RAW, and Kelley is sure to miss her chances at interviewing and getting the attention of Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley.
Ripley commented on the situation herself, replying to a T witter post about the epic love triangle between Irvin, Kelley and herself by saying , “Mami’s always on top ”, highlighting her tongue-in-cheek personality.
Ripley recently defeated Natalya to defend her Women’s World Champion title and continues as a member of The Judgement Day on red band. In the past the fighter has defended her title and beat stars like Shotzi, Zelina Vega, and Tegan Nox.
