Another case of COVID-19 in CSK

While CSK's CEO Kasi Viswanathan later tested negative, the reports of bowling coach Lakshmipathy Balaji and their bus cleaner returned positive. However, it has been revealed that CSK's batting coach Michael Hussey has also tested positive for COVID-19 as per the test reports that came on Tuesday. However, the franchise are re-doing the test as they believe that it could be another case of false-positive just like what happened with the report of their CEO. "Mike Hussey tested positive but his samples are being redone. Hopefully, the report will come negative like CSK CEO", a source said to TOI.

Shattered: David Hussey after IPL got suspended

Michael Hussey's brother David Hussey had earlier expressed his disappointment after the news of IPL 2021 got confirmed. The KKR's Chief Mentor tweeted, "Shattered!" and was visibly upset with the whole situation.

Both the brothers are currently in India with the Australian Government not allowing them to enter the country till May 15. However, their time in the country might be extended if Michael Hussey's report returns positive once again when the tests are redone.
