With the five-match Test series currently underway in the United Kingdom, the action has come down to the final Test, which is being played at the Kennington Oval in London. However, a day later, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a big update around the Ahmedabad-born pacer.
"Mr Jasprit Bumrah has been released from India’s squad for the fifth Test of the series against England," the statement from BCCI read.
