The IPL 2023 match number 43 between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore was a low-scoring thriller, however, the flow of aggression was on top as RCB star batter Virat Kohli got involved in a heated argument with LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir and pacer Naveen-ul-Haq. After the win, the RCB squad including Virat Kohli, Mohammad Siraj, and others gave a bold dressing room reaction.

During the game, Virat appeared to sledge the Afghani pacer during LSG batting and after winning the game both players exchanged words as they were leaving the field. Later, Gautam Gambhir was also seen alternating with Kohli.

RCB skipper Faf du Plessis won the toss and opted to bat first, which proved a great decision as they won by 18 runs after registering a below-average target of 126 runs. Du Plessis (44) and Virat Kohli (31) led the run-scoring for RCB while Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq picked three wickets, and the spin duo of Ravi Bishnoi and Amit Mishra took two wickets each.

While chasing the target, KL Rahul-less LSG failed to register a decent partnership throughout the game as RCB bowlers kept attacking and picking wickets regularly. Josh Hazlewood and Karn Sharma dismissed two wickets each while Mohammed Siraj, Wanindu Hasaranga, Harshal Patel, and Glenn Maxwell picked a wicket each.
