The last game played at the Ekana Stadium between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore was a thrilling affair, for reasons more than one. The game that RCB won by a margin of 18 runs gained too much attention, with the verbal spat between RCB’s batter Virat Kohli and LSG’s mentor Gautam Gambhir topping the list. However, as the drama between Kohli and Gambhir got over, Giants’ skipper KL Rahul was seen having a word with Kohli and trying to calm things down between both sides.

The LSG skipper called out Naveen-ul-Haq to settle down things with the RCB star as both players had a heated argument during their post-match handshake. However, the LSG pacer refused to talk to Kohli and walked away. While Naveen refused to obey his skipper, the former RCB skipper was left absolutely furious with this action.

Watch the video here:

It all started when the Afghanistan player Naveen-ul-haq said something to the RCB batter when he came to bat with Amit Mishra. At that time, the umpire and Amit Mishra intervened to settle things down, but things got more escalated during the customary handshake post-match. Naveen, while shaking hands with Kohli, said something to him, which Kohli couldn’t stand and he also said something, before Glenn Maxwell moved Naveen away. However, things got worse when Gautam Gambhir decided to take a stand for his player.

Later, both Virat and Naveen took to their respective Instagram handles and shared a story each, reflecting their views from Monday's game.
