With the clamour around Indian cricketers to play domestic cricket tournaments growing at an enormous rate, Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj continues to remain out of action. After the Hyderabad-born was snubbed from India’s Champions Trophy 2025 squad, he is yet to confirm his availability for the next round of Ranji Trophy 2024-25, which is set to begin from January 23.

Hyderabad will play Himachal Pradesh at home, starting from Thursday, January 23. After missing out a spot in the Champions Trophy squad, Ajit Agarkar claimed that Siraj lacked skills with the older ball. Moreover, India planned to stick with four spinners seeing the tracks in Dubai and picked Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel and Washington Sundar in mix.

We are yet to get an update: Team management on Mohammed Siraj’s availability
