Rajasthan Royals are currently locking horns with Delhi Capitals in the 11 th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). After winning the toss, David Warner invited Royals to bat first. T he opening duo of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler powered the side to 68/0 inside the powerplay.

Jaiswal started the innings smashing Khaleel Ahmed to five boundaries in the very first over, making it the most expensive over of this IPL 2023. In the second over of the game, Buttler smashed South African pacer Anrich Nortje for three back-to-back boundaries with the score reading 32/0 at the end of second over.
Netizens flooded social media heaping praise on the RR duo. While some hailed them as the best opening duo, a few others hailed Jaiswal as “a star in making”.

Talking about IPL 2023, the Sanju Samson-led side are fifth in the points table. While they won their opening match against Sunrisers Hyderabad by 72 runs, they were handed their first defeat at the hands of Punjab Kings at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati.
