Starting off the tournament, Team India had to grind out Australia in Chennai as they chased a modest 200-run total. But the match wasn't a cakewalk as they were reduced to 2-3 before KL Rahul and Virat Kohli scored crucial knocks to seal the win. The second game against Afghanistan saw the Indian bowlers struggle for a bit but Rohit Sharma's ton helped the Men in Blue register an eight-wicket win.
The third game was another big one for India as they took on Pakistan in a high-pressure encounter. But an incredible bowling effort coupled with a Rohit Sharma 86, carried the Men in Blue to another dominant seven-wicket win.
