Prithvi Shaw has been in news for quite some time now and not at all for all the good reasons. After the Indian cricketer was filmed getting involved in a physical fight with actress Sapna Gill on the streets of Mumbai, the latter were taken into custody. However, things eased and Gill was later released.

In the latest turn of events, the actress has now filed a criminal complaint against Prithvi Shaw, who is currently with the Delhi Capitals in the ongoing IPL 2023. The Indian batter wasn’t alone at the time of this incident but was accompanied by friend named Ashish Surendra Yadav.

Both these people who got involved in a physical altercation have been booked after a complaint was filed at Andheri magistrate court. It is being reported that Gill sought registration of an FIR under Sections 354, 509, and 324 of the Indian penal Code (IPC).
