The highly-anticipated World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25 Final is all set to get underway from Wednesday, June 11 at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. The summit clash will see the defending champions, Pat Cummins-led Australia lock horns with South Africa from June 11 to 15 after they secured the top two positions in the Test cycle.
Before the finale starts, let’s dive into the most common question of how much money will the title winners, either of South Africa or Australia will take home. With the International Cricket Council (ICC) announcing a record sum of USD 5.76 million total prize money for the tournament, the winner is set to take home USD 3.6 million (approx. INR 30 Crore). Whereas, the team which finishes as runners-up will walk away with USD 2.16 million (approx. INR 22 Cr).
