The biggest rivalry of cricket, India versus Pakistan is all set to unfold in front of billions in India at the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023. While the Men in Blue are coming into this game after a win over Australia and Afghanistan, the Men in Green will step on the field with a win over Netherlands and Sri Lanka.

While the stadium echoed with the chants of India….India, what followed was a loud cheer for the young Indian opener Shubman Gill. The Team India skipper Rohit Sharma, who won the toss and opted to bowl first, announced the inclusion of Shubman Gill in the Playing XI.
This gesture of Rohit announcing Gill’s return was welcomed with loud cheers as he stopped in the middle with cheers surrounding the stadia.
