England faced yet another Ashes defeat by 4-0 after Australia beat them by 146 runs in the fifth and final Test at Hobart. Batting first, Travis Head's century and Green's 74 guided Australia to the total of 303 in 75.4 overs. Whereas, England surrendered in front of a fierce bowling attack and bundled down at 188 runs, handing over the lead of 115 runs.

After the second innings of the game, Australia managed to post the target of 271 runs to which England could only manage to score 124 runs. However, Australia's David Warner registered an unwanted record in the game. Despite having a great start to the Ashes, David Warner concluded the series by becoming the first Australian opener and the third player overall to receive ducks in both innings of a Test match against England.

Warner was dismissed for a 22-ball duck in Australia's first innings by Ollie Robinson, while the opener got dismissed on the third ball of Australia's second innings. Having a good sense of humour, Warner joked about him getting a duck in both the innings of the game. Warner posted a video on Instagram where he had an encounter with a few baby ducks at the golf course before the start of the 4th Test.

"What can I say? When I met you for the first time the day before our game at the golf course I thought you were cute and friendly. But I got the message loud and clear now", captioned Warner.
