Popular English singer Ed Sheeran took the internet by storm when he was seen donning the Indian cricket team's T20I jersey during his concert in Gurugram on Saturday, February 15. Sheeran concluded his 15-day India tour with his last show at Gurugram’s Leisure Valley Park on Saturday. During the concert, Sheeran also gave a tribute to the Indian team ahead of the Champions Trophy 2025 as he wore India’s Dream11 jersey while singing his last three songs of the event.

During his show, Ed Sheeran performed some of his popular tracks with the likes of Take It Back/Superstition/Ain't no Sunshine mashup, Shivers, I’m a Mess, Photograph, Happier and Love Yourself by Justin Bieber. However, after donning the Indian jersey, Sheeran made the audience groove on tracks like You Need Me, I Don’t Need You, Shape of You and Bad Habits before ending the show.

Ed Sheeran pauses Gurugram show after a fan faints in crowd

During his show in Gurugram, Ed Sheeran also won the hearts of fans after he showed concern towards a fan who fainted in the crowd. As soon as Sheeran spotted a fan fainting in the crowd, he suddenly stopped his concert and ensured that the fan was safe by asking the authorities to help her out. He also requested the audience to make way for that fan.

Ed Sheeran has now finally ended his 15-day long India tour named Mathematics Tour 2025 where he performed in six cities including the likes of Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Shillong. "The last three weeks in India have been magical. I've learnt a lot. Thank you for welcoming me and hopefully I will come back soon!" Sheeran said on his India tour.
