The IPL 2023 fixture between Gujarat Titans and Kolkata Knight Riders saw a stunning catch courtesy of Narayan Jagadeesan. After a decent start for the defending champions, Wriddhiman Saha mistimed his shot against Sunil Narine which was heading towards the leg side in an attempt to increase the rate of scoring.

The ball seemed to fall in no man's land but Jagadeesan made an incredible run from mid-wicket and took the catch over his left shoulder. Saha had started off well against the Knight Riders but slowed down before getting out as only managed to score 17 runs in 17 balls with three cracking fours.

After Saha's dismissal, it was the Vijay Shankar show as helped the Gujarat Titans post a total of 205 runs. Then in the second innings, Venkatesh Iyer starred in the initial stage of the chase with 83 in 40 balls. But these weren't the only major highlights from this fixture as GT stand-in Rashid Khan picked up a hattrick in the 17th over of the second innings.
But then the biggest moment of the game took place as KKR's Rinku Singh smashed five consecutive sixes in the final over as KKR needed 29 runs. After the game, Kolkata captain Nitish Rana was in disbelief and had many praiseful words for Rinku Singh.
He said, "People asked me why Rinku Singh doesn't get a bigger role, and always plays a small role. I want to say to those reporters if this is the second role, imagine what he can do with the first role. Last match he played a different role, and he did it well. To be honest, if I was batting and needed 30 off one over, the thought of having the belief would be there, but in your heart, you know what you're capable of. I don't have words for him."
