Gautam Gambhir-led India Capitals are scheduled to face Suresh Raina's Urbanrisers Hyderabad in the Legends League Cricket 2023 on Thursday. The match will take place at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi at 03:00 p.m. IST. While the Capitals lost their previous fixture against the Bhilwara Kings, the Urbanrisers defeated the Southern Superstars in their LLC 2023 opener.

Anabel Sutherland-led Melbourne Stars defeated Sophie Devine's Perth Scorchers by 33 runs on Wednesday in the WBBL 2023. Sophia Dunkley (73) and Alice Capsey (43) helped the Stars to place a 158-run target at the Western Australia Cricket Association Ground in Perth. Apart from Amy Jones (42-off-30) no other Perth batter looked comfortable on the pitch as Sophie Day picked up four wickets while the skipper bagged two.

LLC 2023 - Despite Lendl Simmons' 99* Gujarat Giants beat Bhilwara Kings

Parthiv Patel's Gujarat Giants defeated  Irfan Pathan-led Bhilwara Kings in the Legends League Cricket 2023 on Wednesday in a last-ball thriller. Chris Gayle's 27-ball 52 runs with eight fours and two sixes helped the Giants post 172 runs on the board while batting first. During the chase, Kings batter Lendl Simmons smashed an unbeaten 99 runs off 61 balls with 12 fours and three sixes, however, failed to win the match for his team as the Bhilwara Kings lost by three wickets.

IPL 2024: Gautam Gambhir leaves Lucknow Super Giants to return to Kolkata Knight Riders

Venky Mysore, CEO of Kolkata Knight Riders, announced on Wednesday that Gautam Gambhir will return to KKR as a "Mentor" and join hands with head coach Chandrakant Pandit.  Gambhir's previous association with KKR from 2011-17 was nothing short of historic.
