Meanwhile, Adani-owned Gujarat Giants entered the auction with a purse of Rs. 12 crores. Under the mentorship of Mithali Raj, Gujarat Giants tried to formulate a balanced side. Giants have already roped in Rachel Haynes as head coach, Nooshin Al Khadeer, Tushar Arothe, Gavan Twinning as bowling, batting, and fielding coach, respectively.
