India and Kolkata Knight Riders batter Rinku Singh shared his experience of watching Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. Often called the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan’s recent film was another record-breaking hit enjoyed by audiences around the world. Similarly, Rinku, in a recent interview, shared how he interacted with Shah Rukh Khan as they discussed the film.

Talking about that interaction, Rinku Singh revealed how he loved the Jawaan and shared the same with Shah Rukh Khan. He also shared how Shah Rukh Khan is an incredible human being who motivates individuals to achieve great things.


While speaking to the Times of India, “Jawan was amazing. I was excited to watch the movie and in fact, posted a couple of pictures on my social media handles as well. SRK sir asked me how I liked the movie. I replied to him saying 'Sir, it was an amazing movie. I loved it.' He (SRK) is just a wonderful person. He motivates people and gives everyone a lot of confidence.”


Further in the interview, Rinku Singh also recalled Shah Rukh Khan’s reaction to his five consecutive sixes in the recent IPL against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad. Singh shared how Shah Rukh Khan hugged him and said, “shabbash!”

He said, “Everyone was celebrating the win. I can't recall what I did at that time. The feeling was surreal. Seeing my team celebrating and jumping with joy was just amazing. Everyone praised me. Shah Rukh Khan sir also praised me a lot. He patted me on my back and hugged me. (Suresh) Raina Bhaia also called and blessed me. He said Rinku - 'shabbash! tune kamaal kar Diya (Rinku, well done, you have done a commendable job.”
