In a big update, Chennai Super Kings have been jolted with another blow on the eve of the Indian Premier League 2023. According to several reports doing rounds on social media, Mukesh Choudhary has been ruled out of the IPL 2023. This comes ahead of their tournament opener against defending champions Gujarat Titans.

As reported by Cricbuzz, the left-arm pacer was bought by the four-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings for INR 20 Lakh in 2022. If reports are to be believed, he will be the second CSK player to be ruled out of IPL 2023 after Kyle Jamieson.

 

The Chennai-based franchise days prior to the start of the announced South Africa all-rounder Sisanda Magala as Jamieson’s replacement. With Mukesh Choudhary also ruled out, the franchise is set to announce his replacement in the coming days.
