The Royals Coaching Hub, a digital-first initiative by Royals Sports Group (owners of Rajasthan Royals, Barbados Royals, and Paarl Royals), has surpassed 3,000 users across 30+ countries , rapidly emerging as a transformative platform for coaches, players and parents who are seeking modern, high-performance-driven learning. Since its rollout earlier this year, the Royals Coaching Hub has cultivated a diverse global community who are united by the need for structured, practical cricket education.
Within the first 60 days alone, hundreds of users completed certifications, underscoring the growing demand for accessible and credible coaching resources. Designed for the modern game, the Hub features bite-sized, self-paced modules led by experts including Sid Lahiri, Shane Burger, Richard Das, and Dishant Yagnik. Backed by the vision of Kumar Sangakkara, the Royals’ Director of Cricket, the curriculum covers:
• Coaching philosophy and communication
• Batting, bowling, fielding, and wicketkeeping fundamentals
• Fitness, nutrition, and youth-specific hydration
• Technique correction frameworks for player development

The platform has seen uptake from USA, UK, Australia, South Africa, Japan, and Canada , while in India , users span from metros to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities . A Hindi version is set to launch soon, making the learning experience more inclusive. With millions of young cricketers and a shortage of trained coaches — especially at the grassroots level — the Royals Coaching Hub is filling a vital gap. It empowers the game's first teachers with credible, practical tools to raise the standard of cricket education across the board.
