French footballer and Juventus’s new signing Paul Pogba was seen declining to sign a Manchester United shirt when he was greeted by the fans after his medical in Turin. Pogba left Manchester United when his contract expired at the end of last month after a tumultuous six-year run and rejoined the Serie A giants on a free transfer.

Juventus will officially announce their newest free agent signing on Monday. The 29-year-old is expected to wear the No. 10 shirt and joins Argentine forward Angel Di Maria as the newest addition to the Old Lady.

Paul Pogba opened up about his departure from Manchester United in his recent documentary. While speaking in the docu-series called ‘Pogmentery’, Pogba revealed how the club failed to make him feel ‘important' and didn’t help him gain his confidence back after returning from injury.

Pogba was quoted saying, "Players have to feel important in their clubs. And they have to feel important in their teams. If you don't have that, it's over. I came back from injury, they didn't help me, they didn't care how I was feeling. So I had to go to the national team to get my confidence back"

Then the 29-year-old Paul Pogba also called out the Red Devils for not offering him a contract soon enough and deemed this move as a ‘mistake’. He said, "Playing is all that matters, winning too. My thought process is to show Manchester they shouldn't have waited this long to offer a contract and to show the other clubs that Manchester made a mistake in not offering a contract."
