The World Championship of Legends (WCL) will be back with its second installment on July 18, 2025 and this time, legends such as Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Brett Lee, Chris Gayle, Ian Bell, and JP Duminy will feature for the second time in the marquee tournament. The competition features 18 matches which includes 15 matches in the round-robin stage and three knockout games. The league round will take place until July 29, while both semi-finals will be held on July 31, and the final of the tournament will be held on August 2. England’s four venues Birmingham, Headingley, Northampton, and Leicestershire will be hosting the matches.
The competition will start with the marquee clash of England Champions squaring off against Pakistan Champions at Edgbaston in Birmingham. Ahead of the maiden game, the opening ceremony of the tournament will be held in Birmingham’s venue. Renowned Pakistani playback singer Atif Aslam will record his presence in the opening ceremony on Friday, July 18, and his job will be to scintillate the event with his singing performance.

The WCL co-owner and Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn will also show up during the matches of India Champions matches against Australia Champions and England Champions on July 26 and 27 respectively.
