The Lucknow Super Giants registered their second straight win in the IPL 2024 after defeating the Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium by 28 runs. Batting first, LSG posted 181 on the back of Quinton de Kock's 81 in 56 balls. Then with the ball, Mayank Yadav starred with a fiery spell of 3-14 to bundle out RCB at 153.

Nicholas Pooran smashed Royal Challengers Bengaluru bowler Reece Topley on the roof of the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in IPL 2024. Pooran started the over with two sixes in three balls. Then on the fourth ball, the West Indian played a pull shot against Topley which went for a 106m maximum over deep mid-wicket which landed on the roof.

KKR vs RR rescheduled to April 16; GT vs DC to take place on April 17

The BCCI announced the rescheduling of two IPL 2024 matches. The fixture between KKR & RR, which was earlier scheduled to take place on April 17 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata will now be played a day prior on April 16. As a result of it, the GT vs DC fixture will now take place on April 17 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

CA, ECB and BCCI are in 'active conversations' about CLT20

The Cricket Victoria CEO Nick Cummins has revealed that the Board for Control of Cricket in India, England Cricket Board and Cricket Australia are in 'active talks' about restarting the Champions League T20 tournament. The competition was launched in 2008 with the first edition held in October 2009 and was jointly owned by the BCCI, CA and Cricket South Africa.
