Batting first, LSG posted 181 on the back of Quinton de Kock's 81 in 56 balls. Then with the ball, Mayank Yadav starred with a fiery spell of 3-14 to bundle out RCB at 153.

KKR vs RR rescheduled to April 16; GT vs DC to take place on April 17
The BCCI announced the rescheduling of two IPL 2024 matches. The fixture between KKR & RR, which was earlier scheduled to take place on April 17 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata will now be played a day prior on April 16. As a result of it, the GT vs DC fixture will now take place on April 17 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
