India suffered a close defeat by 22 runs on day five of the third Test against England at Lords Cricket Ground on July 14. With this, England are leading the series by 2-1 and need just one more win from the remaining two matches to clinch the series. As the Indian fans are concerned regarding Jasprit Bumrah and Rishabh Pant’s availability for the fourth Test, the latest report by Sky Sports claimed that both the players will be a part of India’s playing XI at Old Trafford. Notably, Indian skipper Shubman Gill didn’t make any confirmation regarding the availability of both the players for the fourth Test.
“You will get to know about it soon,’ Gill said after the Lords Test when was asked about Bumrah’s availability. However, talking about Rishabh Pant, the report suggested his finger injury isn’t a serious one and he will be available for selection in the playing XI for the fourth Test in Greater Manchester.
