The ongoing IPL 2023 match RR and PBKS started with a bang as youngster Prabhsimarn Singh smashed Rajasthan Royals bowlers all-round the park. However, just prior to his half-century knock, an incident involving Ravichandran Ashwin’s famous ‘mankad’ took place.

In the seventh over of the Punjab Kings, Ashwin took a full run-up but stopped to complete his delivery as PBKS skipper, who was at the non-striker’s end, crossed the line. Just moments before Ashwin returned to the crease, Dhawan quickly moved inside the crease.
